The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Customer names, addresses and contact details
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- For processing online orders
- For handling queries relating to products and purposes
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Payment handling services, such as Stripe and PayPal (while we receive contact details and basic customer information, we do not have access to sensitive financial information, such as credit/debit card numbers)
We use the information that you have given us in order to process your order and/or contact you about any issues relating to your order.
We do not currently share this information with any other individuals or organisations.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us via our online form.

Your information is securely stored.
We keep your name, address and contact details for six years, unless you ask us to delete this information sooner. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from the online systems which capture your data, for example the e-commerce platform provider (BigCartel) or payment processer (e.g. Stripe or PayPal) unless the system provider deletes it sooner.
